Planning Your Vacation
If you decide to rent the villa we can give you important phone numbers to help you organize your vacation and answer any of your questions before and during your visit. Our managers are nearby and available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Each year our family discovers something new about Vieques that makes it even more enchanting. I have made a welcome letter that I share with our guests. It tells of our favorite things to enjoy on this lovely island.
Rental
To secure your dates I will send you a lease, and you will need to send back a signed copy and a check for 50% of the rental amount. Thirty days prior to your arrival the remaining 50% is due along with the damage deposit. The deposit is returned within 30 days after your departure as long as everything is left in good condition.
Cancellation
There is a full refund as long as the rental dates on the lease are re-rented.
